Membership
SIMHEM offers two levels of Memberships, namely:
Ordinary Membership
Companies manufacture Material Handling Equipment, Warehousing Equipment and Cargo Handling Equipment categorized by WITS in India i.e., World Industrial Trucks Statistics are eligible to become Ordinary Members. Membership Forms can be obtained from our Members or down loaded from our Website. Admission to SIMHEM as an Ordinary Member is subject to scrutiny of the Application and a visit to your plant by any two of the Office Bearers appointed by the Managing Committee (MC) . A provisional Membership is granted by the MC after discussions in the MC meeting and up on payment of the Membership Fee, the Applicant is admitted as an Ordinary Member. The Ordinary Members have voting rights in the elections of SIMHEM.
Associate Membership
Companies who manufacture Accessories, Attachments, Components that go into the manufacture of Material Handling Equipment are eligible to become Associate Members. Membership Forms can be obtained from our Members or down loaded from our Website. Admission to SIMHEM as an Associate Member is subject to scrutiny of the Application and approval by the Managing Committee (MC) . A provisional Membership is granted by the MC after discussions in the MC meeting and up on of payment the Membership Fee, the Applicant is admitted as an Associate Member.
Benefits for Members of SIMHEM
As Members of SIMHEM you will be able to access consolidated Material Handling Industry's Data regularly. This Data is consolidated by an Independent body. Order Intake Data is shared on monthly basis. Billing Data is shared on quarterly basis.
